Before any project, I discuss it in detail with you. If you wish I can submit a formal proposal. I have done many very large projects, working to a fixed maximum budget, but no project is too small. I have clients on an ad hoc basis, and some who have used only an hour or two. One client used several two-hour sessions, entirely by phone and email.
I offer free telephone support for an unlimited time after a project has finished, provided that the calls are reasonably brief (around five minutes), and provided that you make the call. I reserve the right to quote where the work involves more than this.
I charge for consultant time, and for out of pocket expenses.
Consultancy fees vary with the complexity of the project, and its duration. My charges are competitive, professional and cost effective.
Out of pocket expenses are usually for things like travel and accommodation outside the Sydney metropolitan area, long distance and International phone and fax, database search charges and large print runs. I charge all these types of expenses back to you at cost, and always ask for your approval before incurring them.
